Grounded in evidence-based leadership and behavioural science, this program enables participants to explore the foundations of effective leadership through the 3C framework, learning how to build trust, recognise cultural signals, communicate with confidence, and navigate the everyday challenges of leading others. 3C Emerging Leaders establishes a common leadership language from the beginning of a leader's journey, providing practical tools and mindsets that enable participants to lead with Care, Character, and Competence while supporting stronger teams, healthier cultures, and improved performance.
