Earners of this credential have completed Leadership Success's Planning module. Recipients have demonstrated the ability to apply strategic planning concepts including current state analysis, vision setting, and strategy formulation and translate them into actionable work plans using KRAs, SMART goals, objectives, and KPIs. They can also develop task plans, estimate resource and budget requirements, and identify and treat risks through contingency planning.
