The IES Business Development Graduate Scheme includes the following responsibilities:

• Worked with our sales team to maximise opportunities for growth, carrying out marketing research and maintaining an organised customer base
• Used architectural and engineering principles to provide technical software training, pre/post sales technical support and deliver demos to customers purchasing, implementing and using the company's software
• Formed and built relationships with our clients
• Worked with the technical support team to provide support to customers via email or telephone, assit users with troubleshooting and diagnosis of model
• Worked with the VE consultancy team to operate the VE software on behalf of our clients
• Became accredited in the IESVE software
