Built on a 14-module instructional framework, recipients demonstrate practical mastery in pre-trip inspection routines, clutch balancing and hill starts, straight reversing, box parking, safe highway overtaking, lane positioning, theory board roundabout and junction navigation, three-point turns, and adverse weather/night driving in strict compliance with the Uganda Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) and international road safety standards.
