LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The Diversity and Belonging Pathway is designed for individuals dedicated to fostering diversity, advancing equity, and creating a strong sense of belonging within their communities. Participants will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to promote inclusive, equitable, and culturally competent leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
While working to complete level two, participants will have:
-Joined the Diversity & Belonging seminar
-Attended three (3) DEB-focused workshops
-Read a Zaretta Hammond book of their choice
-Co-facilitated a SAES workshop
-Demonstrated evidence of facilitation skills
