LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The Coaching and Mentoring pathway aims to develop participants into skilled coaches and mentors who can positively impact students' and colleagues' professional growth and contribute to a culture of learning and belonging.

REQUIREMENTS:
While working to complete level two, participants will have:
-Joined a school coaching and mentoring seminar
-Led a school-sponsored initiative
-Completed Iain Henderson's advanced coaching course
-Attended a Level 2 Coaching or Mentoring training/workshop (e.g. Stanley King Institute)
-Started or continued a mentoring relationship
-Demonstrated evidence of practical application of acquired skills
