Description

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The School Leadership Pathway helps to prepare St. Andrew’s faculty and staff for a range of leadership roles that promote positive outcomes for our students, colleagues, and school. Participants will focus on developing strong communication skills for a wide-range of situations, best practices for creating a culture of relational trust, belonging, and growth, mentoring and supporting others, and setting, benchmarking, and achieving institutional vision and goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
While working to complete level two, participants will have:

  • Joined a School Leadership seminar
  • Led a school-sponsored initiative
  • Completed a formal St. Andrew's leadership opportunity
  • Completed a school-sponsored or affiliated leadership opportunity
  • Attended three (3) School-Leadership focused Level 2 workshops or trainings
  • Began or continued a mentoring relationship with a designated school leader
  • Completed a project assessing the needs of St. Andrew's or another independent school
  • Demonstrated evidence of application of the knowledge and skills gained
