LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The Coaching and Mentoring pathway aims to develop participants into skilled coaches and mentors who can positively impact students' and colleagues' professional growth and contribute to a culture of learning and belonging.

REQUIREMENTS:

• While working to complete level one, participants will have:
• Read three Coaching and Mentoring articles and submitted a summary of thoughts/response for each article
• Completed the TAKOM training
• Completed Iian Henderson’s Intro to Coaching Workshop
• Completed one Level 1 DEB workshop
• Read a Coaching and Mentoring-focused book
• Demonstrated evidence of knowledge of Level 1 of this pathway
