The holder of this credential has completed a practical professional development program focused on strengthening Teaching Factory (TEFA) implementation in vocational education. The program develops the ability to design TEFA based on products and services, build partnerships with business and industry sectors (DUDI), integrate project-based learning, apply block scheduling, and develop measurable TEFA improvement plans. Participants produce a TEFA product or service concept, Business Model Canvas, DUDI partnership strategy, project curriculum, block schedule, follow-up action plan, KPIs, and TEFA development roadmap.
