Graphical Facilitation is designed to enhance communication by using visual elements to convey information clearly. The course is specifically tailored to those who wish to create clarity in a complex everyday life, and develop a professional and personal toolbox.

Participants will engage in:

• Building a Visual Toolbox: Learning to visualize messages and creating a common language using basic elements and graphic tools.
• Creating Templates/Icon Library: Drawing approximately 30-50 icons to develop a personal visual alphabet for use in daily tasks.
• Combining Drawings and Words: Exploring the effects of integrating visual elements with text to enhance communication.
• Remember & Act: Developing techniques to help colleagues and teams remember discussions and take action to achieve goals.
• Quick Information Overview: Practicing creating quick overviews of information to ensure external parties can easily follow the message.
• Individual Illustration Projects: Working on personal projects such as presentations, meeting templates, or process illustrations, with feedback.
• Accessing Online Learning: Gain access to an online learning community that supports ongoing development and learning.

Through this course participants will enhance their communication skills and train the basic elements of graphic facilitation through theory and subsequent practical exercises.
