Employer Training Sessions to support apprentice mentors and line managers. 1. Update on Employer Responsibilities, Friday 23rd February, 11:30 – 12:30 2. Apprentice Support to Achievement, Friday 1st March, 12:30 – 13:30 3. Mentor Development CPD, Thursday 7th March, 13:00 – 14:00 Attendees of all three sessions will receive a certificate and digital badge to show completion of the training. The training will ensure that colleagues working closely with apprentices are fully aware of their responsibilities, and guidance will be given on how to fully support apprentices whilst in the workplace.
