In an ongoing effort to continuously improve FM’s relationships with broker partners worldwide, the Market Relations Team at FM has developed a Broker Learning Experience Curriculum. This certification is granted to a broker when they complete three of the four offerings available in the curriculum. This Broker Education Curriculum equips brokers with the knowledge to bolster credibility and act as a trusted advisor to their clients.

Brokers who complete this curriculum will leave with the tools to have insight-led conversations about the latest industry trends and techniques, as well as FM unique approach to understanding and mitigating risk.

The curriculum looks like this and can be completed in any order:

• BLE: Property Insurance Essentials – targeted at the newest broker partners in the industry and focusing on the fundamentals of property insurance.

• BLE: Engineering Forum – targeted at client facing broker partners discovering Science in Action
  or BLE: Learning and Growing together – targeted at broker partners at any experience level and demonstrating success through partnership.

• BLE: Positively Impacting the Cost of Risk – targeted at broker partners at any experience level and exploring delivering recognized value to clients.

• BLE: Policy Workshop – targeted at broker partners at any experience level to expand their knowledge of policy wording and their role in the claims process.
