This credential certifies that the recipient has successfully completed Vivic's Designing Better Work Practitioner Track, a 90-100 hour international programme in the science and practice of work design. Participants are trained to apply Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) interventions in professional settings, diagnosing organizational demands and resources and designing evidence-based solutions that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement. Certified practitioners are equipped to apply these principles with rigor and to contribute to advancing how work design is taught and practiced more broadly.
