Understanding how Unconscious Biases interact with our cognitive processes and affect our decision making and perception of our environment is an important aspect of becoming Self Aware. With this microlearning every participant goes through a scenario to reflect on cases where these biases shape and guide our reasoning and is able to recognize and become aware of how to make more meaningful and less bias-led decisions and understanding of the environment.
