The holder of this badge attended the in-person AI Lab hosted by Datalab, focused on transforming call centre audio data into actionable insights using Snowflake’s Cortex AI and Snowflake Intelligence capabilities. Participants gained hands-on experience with SQL-based AI functions, including AI_TRANSCRIBE, SUMMARIZE, SENTIMENT, AI_SENTIMENT, AI_CLASSIFY, EXTRACT_ANSWER, and AI_COMPLETE to transcribe customer calls, analyse sentiment, classify intent, and generate automated follow-ups. The lab also introduced Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, and AI Agents within the Snowflake Intelligence framework, showcasing how unstructured voice data can be enriched, structured, queried conversationally, and integrated into intelligent workflows to unlock customer intelligence at scale.
