The Empeiria Leadership Fellows Program is designed for Chicago Booth students who want to greatly accelerate their growth as a leader. As a Fellow, students learn how to bridge critical leadership gaps. Through early access to experiential sessions and workshops, and exclusive access to 1:1 leadership coaching and program events, Fellows practice, experiment, and develop leadership skills in a supportive community of peers.
