Bits & Pretzels is Europe’s most unique Founders Conference, bringing together 7,500 founders, investors and industry leaders for three days of learning, networking and doing business in Munich.
From September 28 - 30, 2026, the event connected some of the most influential people in the European startup ecosystem - from ambitious founders and leading investors to corporate decision-makers and ecosystem leaders. Across two conference days at the ICM and a unique networking day at Munich’s Oktoberfest, attendees came together to exchange ideas, build meaningful relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.
Hereby we confirm that Malte Hitpaß worked as a Volunteer Team Lead during Bits & Pretzels, taking responsibility for coordinating and supporting volunteers in their assigned area. Malte Hitpaß successfully took on the responsibilities of this position, completed all tasks to our fullest satisfaction, and thus, contributed significantly to the success of Bits & Pretzels.
We would be happy to welcome Malte Hitpaß again to our team during our next event.
