  1. A work breakdown structure (WBS) to establish a common understanding of research project scope in terms of concrete deliverables.
  2. A deliverable-based Gantt chart to help team members schedule deliverables over time.
  3. A deliverable-based tracking sheet for light-touch project monitoring and control during the implementation phase.
