The holder of this badge has successfully completed the Discflow® Trainer Certification, an intensive programme in the practical application of the DISC and Emotional Intelligence model. They can accurately interpret Discflow assessment reports, provide powerful one-to-one debriefs, and facilitate engaging workshops that improve communication, collaboration, and behavioural adaptability in the workplace. To earn this badge, participants applied the Discflow model through interactive exercises, real-world workplace scenarios, and a final exam assessing their ability to interpret profiles, deliver feedback, and support behavioural adaptability.
