This distinguished achievement, granted by Aviation Performance Solutions (APS), represents proven skills in managing flight dynamics, effective mitigation of incapacitating human factors to include startle and surprise, solving complex airplane upsets, enhanced aeronautical decision making (ADM), expanded threat and error management (TEM), flight path management (FPM), and improved aircraft control. It is a mark of distinction that sets the recipient apart in the aviation industry.

All APS UPRT awards, valid for two (2) years, fully comply with the Every Pilot In Control Solution Standard (EPIC-S2), the international standard establishing the optimized implementation and delivery features of effective, life-saving UPRT programs.
