Participants will engage in:

Definition of projects and successful. Understanding what constitutes a project and the criteria for a successful project.

Setting objectives. Establishing clear, consistent project objectives, including purpose, success criteria, and deliverables.

Stakeholders and their influence: Conducting stakeholder analyses to map out influences and establish critical initiatives.

Planning and estimation: Developing milestone plans and estimating resources in terms of time and costs.

Risk management: Identifying potential risks and creating effective strategies to mitigate them.

Project organization: Clarifying roles and responsibilities to ensure effective project organization and management.

Evaluation and follow-up: Techniques for evaluating the project team’s work and conducting follow-ups to ensure continuous improvement.

Through this course, participants will gain practical skills to effectively overview, plan, organize, and budget their projects. This will prepare them to contribute significantly to project success and align with the overarching goals of project participation at MAN ES Denmark.
