Awarded by Stand & Deliver to delegates who have completed the one-day Train the Trainer workshop. The workshop builds the confidence and skill to plan, prepare and deliver training sessions that are clear, engaging and well structured. Delegates explore how adults learn, how to structure a session, how to recognise their own presentation style, and how to handle questions with confidence. Stand & Deliver has provided leadership and management training since 1993.
