The Career Counseling Coordinator (CCC) Network, helps align Career Technical Education (CTE), counseling, and postsecondary opportunities to ensure students are college and career ready. CCCs integrate the 12 Essential Elements of High-Quality College and Career Pathways, promoting early college credit, industry certifications, work-based learning, and career exploration aligned to students’ interests and goals. As district liaisons, CCCs participate in monthly OCDE meetings and provide leadership, training, and resources in career counseling, CTE awareness, data-informed practices, and college-to-career transitions.
