This session is designed to introduce the core MI Tasks of Evoking and Planning, offering participants practical tools to strengthen motivation and foster commitment across diverse care settings. Participants will be introduced to specific techniques to recognize, elicit and strengthen change talk, as well as solidify a person’s commitment to change. Through interactive exercises, structured practice, and real-world case applications, attendees will enhance their ability to guide conversations that promote readiness, increase engagement, and facilitate meaningful, sustainable behavior change.
