The EMPOWERING programme was delivered entirely online. The journey began with an initial self-assessment carried out through an online Serious Game, which enabled participants to reflect on their strengths, areas for improvement, and professional aspirations. The programme consisted of 12 live group coaching sessions (February–July 2025), each lasting three hours, for a total of 36 hours. The sessions were structured to integrate theoretical content, practical exercises, and moments of collective reflection. They were conducted synchronously to preserve spontaneity and authentic engagement; they were also recorded and made available on the Learning Hub, with careful editing to protect participants’ privacy while preserving the educational content. The first eight sessions were dedicated to emotional intelligence and personal development, supporting participants in strengthening self-confidence, self-leadership, and self-awareness, recognising and transforming limiting beliefs, clarifying their sense of purpose, and developing optimism and courage as professional resources. The final four sessions focused on self-entrepreneurship and professional planning, guiding participants in defining their professional identity, building their value proposition, designing coherent services or career paths, and developing a sustainable digital presence aligned with their goals and values. An innovative element of the programme was the integration of Artificial Intelligence as a methodological support tool. Participants engaged in structured individual reflection activities and subsequently used guided prompts to refine ideas, clarify strategic directions, and transform insights into concrete and actionable professional development plans. In addition to group coaching, selected participants completed a two-hour individual coaching session focused on developing a personalised career plan through the Business Model Canvas YOU. A preparatory webinar supported participants in drafting an initial version of their plan prior to the individual session. To obtain final recognition, participants were required to attend the live sessions or, when necessary, watch the full recordings, actively engage in group activities and complete the assigned self-study exercises, and take part in the final reflection and planning activities. Completion of the full programme led to the recognition of the transversal and entrepreneurial competences developed throughout the journey.
