This badge recognizes participation in a high-impact workshop designed for entire research groups. Participants learned how their team's working styles shape trust, collaboration, and expectations - and how to intentionally design a healthier, more supportive research environment. The workshop highlighted (1) "How We Work" together, led by Table Group (6 Types of Working Genius, Vulnerability-based Trust, Key elements of effective teamwork (Lencioni's Pyramid), and team activities and (2) "How We Work Together Intentionally, led by Professor Joseph DeSimone (The Power of Agency, Shared Expectations, and Expectations Document).
