Description
Awarded for serving as a volunteer judge in a teen business plan competition, and earning VIP status for making a contribution to the host charity. Judges completed two trainings on how to evaluate written business plans and how to evaluate in-person team presentations. Judges were taught best practices on leaving structured feedback to the high school entrepreneurs. Through this experience, they developed skills in business analysis, youth mentorship, constructive feedback delivery, and inclusive evaluation. Their contributions supported real-world learning for student-led ventures and helped prepare the next generation of changemakers.
