This letter serves as formal confirmation that the above-named individual has been duly invited to attend the 9th IOHSK International Conference, to be held at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, from July 21 through July 24, 2026.

The invitee is a professional member in good standing of the International Organization of Health, Sport and Kinesiology (IOHSK) and is expected to attend and participate in official conference activities, including keynote and plenary sessions, as well as scheduled oral and poster presentations. The official conference program is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., July 22–24, 2026. During the above-referenced period, the invitee is scheduled to reside at the International Guest Housing (Building 208) located on the Chung-Ang University campus, adjacent to the designated conference venue (Building 310).

The purpose of the invitee’s visit to the Republic of Korea is strictly academic in nature. The invitee shall not engage in any form of employment, compensated activity, business undertaking, or revenue-generating endeavor while present in the Republic of Korea. Upon completion of the conference, the invitee affirms his/her intention to depart the Republic of Korea and return to his/her country of residence in full compliance with all applicable immigration laws and regulations.

This letter is issued in good faith to certify the official invitation and to support the invitee’s application for the appropriate entry visa to the Republic of Korea.
