The Mobile & Software Development Program immersed 35 trainees (referred to as Cohort 3) in a rigorous, work-integrated learning environment, delivering practical software development experience over an intensive week. Participants engaged with cutting-edge tools and technologies, honing technical expertise and soft skills essential for software engineering careers. By focusing on real-world applications within the Employee Management System (EMS), the program elevated individual capabilities and produced impactful solutions, strengthening Ontario’s technological and economic landscape.
