The lab demonstrated how unstructured sources such as call centre audio files can be extracted, enriched, structured, and operationalised into downstream pipelines using Snowflake Cortex AISQL. By the end of the session, participants understood how combining Matillion’s orchestration with Snowflake’s AI capabilities enables organisations to integrate unstructured data sources, apply AI-driven enrichment, and build scalable, automated workflows that unlock intelligence at scale.
