A three month change management program run by Yodoley at Fugro, covering around 100 engineers, product managers and designers across ten product teams. Through theory, demos and hands-on work, participants embedded AI in their product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. Teams worked with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Replit, LinearB a.o., and built knowledge around AI for software engineering, AI workflows and agents that automate product delivery. Bi-weekly touch points kept the work grounded in daily delivery, and each team closed with a demo of AI applied to their own work, so adoption and its outcomes were shown to stick.
