Making the transition from aspiring or emerging leader to established leader is both exciting and challenging. Many individuals are promoted based on their hard work but often find themselves unprepared for the unique demands of leadership. This course equips new and prospective leaders with the essential knowledge and skills to manage the early challenges of their leadership careers effectively.
