The holder of this badge attended "Burnout and Somatic Healing for High-Achieving Women," a Provider Perspectives webinar hosted by Trova Health and presented by Nat van Zee, an ICF-certified burnout coach, trauma-informed hypnotherapist and IFS practitioner based in London. The session examined why high-achieving women experience burnout, overwhelm, anxiety and stress-related illness, and how chronic stress, hormonal shifts and survival patterns register in the body. It covered why insight alone is rarely enough for recovery, how somatic practices support nervous system regulation, and practical tools for reconnecting with the body and managing overwhelm. The session was experiential, with guided visualization and somatic exercises, and addressed attendees both as practitioners working with clients and in their own right.
