The Verkada Certified Engineer (VCE) Program is your path to becoming a trusted technical resource across all Verkada product lines and each aspect of an opportunity lifecycle. Through hands-on training and labs, you’ll gain practical skills and real-world experience to confidently design, deploy, and deliver powerful security and building solutions. The program is currently comprised of the following five courses, with more to come: 1. Essentials: A one-day training that explores Verkada’s product suite, system architecture, networking best practices, user management, and integrations. 2. Access Control Specialist: A two-day course delving into advanced access control topics, including hardware installation, software configurations, and troubleshooting. 3. Alarms Specialist: A comprehensive one-day training focused on alarm concepts, Verkada-specific configurations, and practical applications through hands-on labs. 4. Video Security Specialist: A one-day intensive that covers advanced technical features and seamless integration of Verkada cameras into a cohesive, cloud-managed physical security ecosystem. 5. Software & Integrations Specialist: A one-day virtual course that teaches participants to integrate Verkada into enterprise environments using APIs, Webhooks, Helix, and Identity Management protocols like SCIM and SAML/SSO.
