This two-workshop program helps participants strengthen collaboration and alignment across leadership levels and functions. Participants develop a shared understanding of effective ways of working, map critical relationships, dependencies, gaps, and pressure points, and test their collaboration approach against real workplace scenarios. They then translate the insights into clear Leadership Signals and observable behaviors, which are applied and reflected on through a Leadership Journal to strengthen consistent leadership practice and execution.
