The Graduate Development Program consists of a number of knowledge and skills training sessions which must be completed over the first 10 months from commencement as a Graduate with Dentons. ​​​​​​​ The Program has been designed to: - Improve knowledge and skills which are directly linked to the types of tasks graduates are most often asked to undertake in their first 12 months of practice - Provide a basic introduction to each of Denton’s Business Units irrespective of a Graduate’s choice of rotation; and - Provide actionable information and skills training to support the Graduates in establishing healthy habits that will help them to maximise performance and productivity whilst also protecting and boosting their wellbeing; The Program will complement and support learning also undertaken through PLT and “on the job” experience obtained during rotations.
