Participants in this masterclass engaged in an interactive, practice-oriented exploration of systemic change leadership in higher education. Through the Change Leadership Toolkit (CLT), they examined their current change approaches, identified opportunities, levers, and barriers in their contexts, and developed a strategic set of leader actions to support sustainable systemic change. They assessed their change leader strengths and the capacities needed to lead effective change.
Upon completion, participants were able to:

Identify the motivation and evidence required to support systemic change efforts.
Evaluate their change leader strengths and areas for further development.
