Description

CRE’s High Performing Managers Initiative (HPMI) is a professional learning experience designed for mid-level and senior-level nonprofit managers who want to strengthen their supervisory practice, deepen their leadership confidence, and develop high-performing teams. The program supports managers in refining their personal, interpersonal, and organizational leadership capacity through interactive learning, peer exchange, applied practice, and action learning. Participants explored how effective managers lead across multiple directions: managing themselves, supporting and developing teams, navigating power and influence, building trust, strengthening collaboration, and addressing complex organizational challenges. Through CRE’s practice-based approach, participants applied leadership frameworks, DiSC-based insights, team effectiveness tools, case-based learning, and peer consultation to real nonprofit management scenarios.
