As a way to thank you for your contribution, we are happy to present you with your WiCEA Mentor Badge. The CEA industry is growing rapidly, making collaboration between experienced professionals and those newer to the field more important than ever. Our mentorship program responds to this need by creating meaningful connections that support learning, growth, and community. Founded in 2024, Women in CEA is a nonprofit organization with over 300 members. In February '26, we launched our first mentorship program cohort. Experienced women and men from the industry mentor women and underrepresented people seeking guidance on a specific project, challenge, or skill.
