Workshop participants are able to create and/or use three project management tools: A Risk Management Plan to articulate and present responses for the top negative and positive risks for research An Organogram to define the decision-making authorities for a research project or program A Terms of Reference document to identify the roles and responsibilities of research governance and management bodies Participants also learn tactics to mitigate the risk of unimplementable scope changes.
