Description
The learning objectives for this 2.5 hour workshop are:
1) Differentiate between projects and operations
2) Understand and apply the project management mindset of “DEFINE, then DELIVER”
3) Create a one-page work breakdown structure (WBS) tool to present the in-scope deliverables of a project
4) Understand how to use the deliverables of the WBS as the foundation for two additional tools: a deliverable-based Gantt chart and deliverable-based progress monitoring
5) Recognize additional project management tools and processes that could benefit their projects
