Earners complete a rigorous set of activities that take modules from "good" to "great" and increase engagement among learners, including developing a scenario-driven eLearning module with extensive feedback, evaluating existing modules, completing simulated client projects, and multiple revisions. Earners have to pass certain criteria to receive the badge.

Evaluation and analysis of existing eLearning modules, with reflection on visual design, visual communication techniques, interactions used, and best practices. Must meet strict criteria to pass.
