PRIZM is a multi-day event for post-MBAs and other experienced, mid-career LGBTQ+ business professionals to see their career in a new light. The inaugural PRIZM Conference took place September 27-29, 2024, in Los Angeles in conjunction with the ROMBA Conference. PRIZM participants attended interactive learning sessions with renowned business faculty, networking receptions, and an industry lunch.
