They have mastered the operational tools of Lean Management and know how to apply them in the field: value stream mapping, the 5S method, structured problem-solving (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa), standardization and visual management. This level certifies their ability to actively take part in a continuous improvement initiative, to lead local actions within their team, and to concretely contribute to waste reduction.
