Earners of the Women in Technology Mentoring Program credential have supported current women IT students through a mentoring program to develop confidence and help them recognise and plan personal and professional goals. They are skilled in mentoring, active listening and have the ability to assist others in identifying career goals.
Earning Criteria
Participation
Being a mentor in the mentoring program involves meeting with a mentee 1:1 for a minimum of 4 times during the program. Discussing the mentee’s career aims and providing them with direct feedback and suggestions on career pathways.
