For someone who cares about who their people can become. This badge celebrates an English For IT™ partner who sees potential in their team and helps them grow into it. They make time for learning, encourage people to give it a go, and care about how it’s going. Behind every training program is someone who believed their people deserved that opportunity. We’re grateful to be doing this together.
