The CNS Leadership Institute is a transformative physician leadership program that equips neurosurgeons with the practical skills and business acumen needed to engage hospital administrators and lead multidisciplinary teams. Led by neurosurgeon leaders, administrators, and organizational change management professionals, it combines a structured peer-learning environment with live coursework, mentorship, and applied project work. Participants complete introductory virtual sessions and a leadership strengths assessment, attend a live intensive course in Chicago, then return to apply their learning to individual leadership projects supported by webinars, continued mentorship, and peer networking.
