The process includes: (1) Portfolio & Experience Assessment – a detailed review of each applicant’s work, skills, and trajectory to evaluate visual quality and creative maturity; (2) Video Assessment – a self-recorded presentation to gauge communication skills, personality, and ability to articulate design thinking; (3) Design Challenge – a time-bound task simulating real-world scenarios to assess creativity and problem-solving under pressure; (4) Screening Call – a 30-minute video conversation to evaluate communication style, professionalism, and team fit; and (5) Strategic Interview – a final interview with a Team&Tonic Strategist to assess strategic thinking and design rationale. This certificate verifies the designer’s successful completion of the selection process and their official inclusion in the Team&Tonic Certified Network, a curated network of the world’s most trusted creative professionals.
