The HCC Summer Internship Program Certificate recognizes successful completion of Health Career Connection’s immersive, educational summer internship experience. Through hands-on work with a health organization, professional development, life and career planning, mentorship, and exposure to the broader health sector, participants strengthen core competencies in professional communication, teamwork and collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving, and service and community leadership. The program is designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to organizations and communities while advancing their readiness for careers in health.
