In this course we will introduce you to the world of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Access (OA). We will explore the landscape of openly accessible educational and academic research materials. The many OER repositories offer an abundance of digital resources that can be freely used, adapted, and shared by educators and students worldwide. We will delve into the Creative Commons open licensing system, explore ways of systematically searching for, evaluating and adapting OER and look at the practical applications of OER and OER-enabled pedagogy.
